Free Client Item Request Form for Crocheters Who Sell Their Items

Hi all!

I’ve been teasing on my Facebook page for the past few days about bringing to you a form where you can keep track of what your customers order. It’s not meant to be a receipt or invoice but just a tracking form, I call it the Client Item Request Form.

This Client Item Request Form is just meant for you to have an at-a-glance information on an order that a client requested. You can keep it in your project bag, or your crochet binder. You can also attach it to your invoices with your records for future reference.

Let me know what you think; what you’d add or remove. This form is just a simple form with no frills. It has all, or most, of the information you’d need.
